Our preferred method of ordering is through our website (http://shop.beinduck.com), however if you feel more comfortable ordering over the phone, you are more than welcome to contact us at 252-261-1250 or fax us at 252-261-1226. You may also contact us at beinduck@aol.com.
Be sure to include specific details when ordering, such as size, color, how many, etc. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
If you are ordering with a credit card, we must have your complete billing address (including zip code) and the last 3 digits located on the back of your card on the signature strip. Also include the shipping address if it differs from your billing address. When you contact us, we will email you with the items currently available, prior to billing you. If a specific item is out of stock, we will give you an approximate ship date. |
